On da way back to Kangar, Perlis.  It was all about pengkorporatan Bahagian Bekalan Air Perlis.  Arrived at 7.45am.  Had a nap 1st b4 get prepared for 2.30pm meeting.

Early in da morning, i went to inaiP Ent. to statt our business.  A family from Sungai Buloh juz checked out so my duty was to clear the room and get ready for a new family which wanna check in at 3pm.  After finished everything, i went to Kangar again to find a SPA, hehehe...Luckyly this time i found 1 quite a new SPA and it provides a quite attractive package for me...  i was in that SPA for nearly 3 hrs.  wah, i felt like a brand new one.  it was one of thing in my checklist that i supposed to do for Anne's wedding;)

Balik umah, ummi dah siap masakkan bihun goreng, sambal tumis, daging masak black papper, tauhu sumbat n banyak la lagi...mee rebus pun ada. apa lagi, i juz ate it and blame myself for that till now, hahahah

i drove all da way to Seberang Jaya 1st, to pick up doorgift for anne.  then, i went to Baling using Kulim-Bttrwort Exprway (if i'm not mistaken).  Arrived at Anne's house area 11am.

Pelaksanaan Projek Di Hujung Minggu

Salam...

How are you guys?Hopefully everyone doing fine, Alhamdulillah...Well, if we see the title, it's sounds, WOW, i guess, hahaha...Actually, there was nothing much, juz a simple activity yet fun to do during weekends while you are not out of town;)

There were several recipes that i've used to try which the outcome were absolutely fantastic (puji diri sendiri ok, whatever).  i woke at 4am and started baking bottom choc chips muffin (+ cheese), which the recipe i was cedok from sis zanaz bakery, the one who transferred to Penang last year.  Then, when i saw those muffins turn out well, semangat semakin berkobar-kobar so that i tried to make some cheese tarts using Kak Ummi Home Sweet Home recipe, thanks sis.  That was my very first time in making tartlets and Alhamdulillah the taste was not bad at all but i must get the acuan first in order to make it looks prettier=)

Then, after finished baking those tartlets, i was looking forward in making  cornflakes cookies.  this time around, those cookies became better than b4 coz i used to follow the recipe accordingly instead of altered it here and there.  i managed to make 200++ pieces that time n more than 40 pieces were specially packed for Long's family.


Then, after having rest for about an hour, again i went to the kitchen and prepared lunch for us.  i cooked sardines sambal n telur masak taucu  But may be bcoz of in the morning i was busy with my baking project, used lots of sweet thingy, my tongue became less sensitive and all my dishes for lunch were quite sweeter than usual, hahaha...But the taste were still there;)

Pheww...it was really a tiring day but it was also made my day=)

Next time, i would love to try other challenging recipes coz i know, how far i've been away from the kitchen, at last i'll still need to move n try to make something special for my family as it is sort of a token of appreciation for them in a way, coz supporting me throughout my fancy journey...

FRINGE! FRINGE! FRINGE!

Salam...

Macam nak jerit saja that was i am sooooooooooooooooooooo into 'FRINGE'!!!!  Bukan sikit2 but damn i got stuck into Season 1 n Season 2 and now looking fwrd for the next season 3 episodes. I just finished Season 1 n 2 (after a marathon week of work-Fringe-sleep-work-Fringe-sleep...etc) n now i'm still keep on watching those episodes non-stop OK!

CYN 2011 di inaiP Putih Ent.::Homestay di Kangar, Perlis

Percutian yang agak panjang di penghujung Januari dan awal Februari ini dihabiskan dengan sebaik-baiknya di Kangar, Perlis. Seawal jam 6.50am, ayah sudah memulakan perniagaannya. Aku pula sibuk membersihkan bilik-bilik penginapan di inaiP Ent. (Homestay). Seronok yang tak terhingga. Selain dapat mengeluarkan peluh, bilik-bilik tersebut kemas dan terjaga.

Sesiapa sahaja pasti akan jatuh hati dengan kekemasan bilik-bilik penginapan tersebut. Dengan harga di serendah antara RM80 - RM100 (price negotiable ya...), para penginap akan berasa seolah-olah berada di rumah sendiri. Angin yang bertiup sepoi-sepoi bahasa, kawasan persekitaran yang dijaga rapi ditambah dengan pemandangan menarik, penginapan yang ditawarkan di inaiP Ent. adalah tiada tolok bandingnya. Berikut adalah bilik2 yang berharga RM80/nite:


Bilik ni sangat luas. Selesa bagi penginap sekurang-kurangnya 4 orang. Menjadi pilihan pengunjung yang mementingkan keselesaan bersama family.


Yang ni pun luas jugak. Min 3 orang. Siap boleh skipping lagi dalam bilik ni, hahaha...


Yang ini pun, minimum 3 org. Tilam dan bantal tambahan memang disediakan sekiranya terdapat permintaan.


Bilik yang serba bertemakan earth color=)


Bilik ni paling unik. Berada di tinkat atas membuatkannya special berbanding bilik-bilik yang lain. Ada balcony dan kerusi malas yang disediakan bagi penginap mengambil angin petang. Sesuai untuk pasangan muda, hahaha...Ratenya RM100, tapi call dulu, coz harga boleh dirunding ya...
